Welcome to 7th Grade Math
Welcome! This is my fifth year here at RFM and I couldn't ask for a better place to be! I have been teaching in Rutherford County for 25 wonderful years and I am very excited to be a part of the 7A team again this school year!
STUDENTS-
Check your grades regularly through Skyward using your assigned username and password. Please NOTE that CELEBRATIONS in Skyward gradebook are our assessments (we celebrate what we know and take note of what needs to be strengthened individually). =)
If you need assistance with your login information, visit or call our attendance office 31902/03.
Click here to obtain online textbook information for each class or contact your specific teacher. You can access your Office 365 account by clicking here, the username and password are the same as your computer login at school.
Students and Parents~
Weekly Information and assignments will be posted in Schoology for my class. Parents and students will be sent an informative email by August 18, 2023 to assist with questions you may have for your child's math class. I will be using the email addresses you provided in Skyward when communicating classroom information.
Students will access Schoology via their Clever page (which is always accessible via school webpage).
Parents may also access Schoology but will need the individual student access code that I can provide to you should you wish to join Schoology. Please email me so that I can send you your specific code. =)
Below is a pdf of our math syllabus for our first semester. Having access to Schoology as a parent allows you to see exactly what supports are in place for every student. Students who may be struggling in math have access 24-7 to these resources so at any point that they need help, they know exactly where to go. =)
Parents may join the Talking Points Families App using the code sent out via Skyward. This app allows easy access to communications posted by the teacher and you can choose your own language to receive and respond to all posts.
