Check the Preseason tab for full preseason schedules and dates. Any RFM athlete that is Final Forms approved is eligible and encouraged to attend preseason workouts.
As of June 1st, 2023 ALL athletes will be required to have a FINALFORMS account operating at 100% which includes an up to date physical dated on or after April 15th, 2023. Please see below for FINALFORMS Letter and Parent/Player Instructions.
Please see below for the Athletics Physical Packet. The packet must be completed, signed, and dated by a medical professional and the 1) Preparticipation Physical Exam and 2) Medical Eligibility Form MUST be uploaded onto FINALFORMS for full account approval.
