In my weightlifting and health class, it is my goal to educate students on the variety of ways they can become a healthier person. I love to watch them learn to enjoy fitness and physical activity, and it my passion to teach my students lifelong fitness and health habits.
About me:
- 2025-2024 is my 12th year of teaching, and I am so blessed it is my 6th year at Rocky Fork Middle
- I graduated from MTSU in 2012 with a B.S. in Health Education and Lifetime Wellness with a minor in Secondary Education.
- I also graduated from Carson Newman University in 2023 with my Master's in Educational Leadership.
