Boys Basketball tryouts for the 2025 Team will be held May 30th from 5:30pm-7:30pm. All returning players, and any upcoming 6th, 7th, or 8th graders at Rocky Fork Middle are asked to participate.

Youth Basketball Summer Camp
Rocky Fork Middle Boys's and Girls' basketball teams will be hosted a youth basketball camp for ages 8-10. The dates for this camp will be JUNE 16TH-18TH from 12pm-3pm. Cost and sign-up details will be posted at a later date.

2025-2026 Tryout Requirements
  • ALL athletes will be required to have a FINALFORMS account operating at 100% which includes an up to date physical dated on or after April 15th, 2025.  Please see below for FINALFORMS Letter and Parent/Player Instructions.
  • If your student already has an active FINALFORMS account, the account is good until July 1, 2025. After that date, a new physical must be uploaded that is dated on or after April 15, 2025, and all forms must be updated.
