Summer Tryouts
Day 1: May 29, 2026 5:30-7:30pm (Registration Begins at 5pm)

Tryouts are for all new and returning Rocky Fork Middle students. All athletes must have a completed and approved Final Forms account. No exceptions will be made. If your son makes the summer team, we will send out practice information via Talking Points or email. Please email Coach Egerton [email protected] with any questions.
When working on Final Forms, please check to make sure these 4 things have been completed:
1) Student Digital Signature
2) Parent Digital Signature
3) Completed Medical Eligibility Form
4) Birth Certificate
ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN TRYOUTS WITHOUT A FULLY COMPLETED FINAL FORMS ACCOUNT. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW FOR PHYSICAL FORMS AND FINAL FORMS INFORMATION. THIS IS A RUTHERFORD COUNTY RULE. ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A COMPLETED FINAL FORMS.
**Student-athletes must have a physical dated April 15, 2026 to present in order to attend open gyms and try out for the 2026-2027 team. Different Urgent Care's located across Rutherford County offer sports physicals for $10-$15.
